    Why am I banned? Empty Why am I banned?

    Was just having a look on the TF and got a message saying "The administrator has banned your IP address.To contact the administrator click HERE". Upon clicking the link, the page is just reloaded. Now, while I don't have a problem being banned from anywhere, it is a matter of common courtesy to explain why. I would have appreciated the chance to say goodbye to one or two people. Also, I am at a loss as to why I should have been banned in the first place unless being a member of this forum is now a crime? If that is the case, there are one or two other members at risk of the same punishment.

    So, if any TF members are watching, could you please find out ( discreetly if necessary ) as to why I am banned without any explanation and please let me know asap? Thanking you in advance

    It's not for being a member on here D, because I'm not banned. I just went into a self-imposed exile due "non-compatability" issues.

    Thats what i thought Cam. I haven't once bad mouthed that forum or its members so I am at a loss as to why I should be banned? Fair enough, its been @ 3 weeks ( maybe less) since I posted but some members don't post for months on end???? P.S. I sent you that email

    I'd forgotten i posted that. Then I'm even more confused. I'm still getting the "IP address banned" message and am still unable to contact the administrator. So again if any TF members are watching, could they please ask an admin to contact me regarding the above?

    I think there must be a problem with Tenerife Forum. I received a message today on Tripadvisor from someone who is not a member of this forum saying they knew I was a member of TF and they were sorry to bother me but could I find out why they had been banned. They received the same message. She is a nice lady and always praised the owner and admin staff so has never put a toe wrong.

    I sent Doreen a personal email as I am not prepared to discuss with her admin staff who will either tell me they cannot discuss other member issues or they write a stroppy email that I cannot reply to other than on the forum then get a dressing down for questioning someone in 'power'

    Doreen has not come back to me yet, but I have no doubt she will look into it once she sees the email and she will get it sorted.

    So D, you just need to find someone who knows who to contact and see if they cant get a mod to look what the problem is for you. Why am I banned? 3025408739

    D, I have just sent Doreen an email on your behalf. I will let you know if I hear anything. Of course she may be on holiday but I think she is the sort of lady that keeps a handle on her emails. x

    Try going in as a “guest” via a different internet provider than you would normally use to visit TF, Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.

    Thanks for the suggestions guys but the wheels have been set in motion by Gypsy so rather than stirring things up even more, I'll just wait to see what pans out.

    forum admin via original set up e-mail address and they fixed out
