This forum is intended to provide a warm, friendly atmosphere for our community whilst we have very few rules and enjoy a joke we will not tolerate certain behaviour. See below:
Personal attacks are prohibited. Commonly known as flaming, personal attacks are posts that are designed to personally berate or insult another forum user. Posts of this nature are not beneficial to the community spirit and as such, they will not be tolerated.
A permanent ban is only issued in severe cases where a forum user has grossly violated our rules. Permanent banning may occur due to the posting of pornography, discriminatory remarks which are sexually explicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful or offensive.
Reprimand Policy
The Admin Team operates a tiered system of warnings and forum suspensions of various lengths, depending on the severity and number of transgressions. The list below shows the structure of our policy. Please be aware that if a transgression of the rules is severe enough, this policy may be by-passed completely in favour of permanent banning.
1ST OFFENCE – WARNING
2ND OFFENCE – 14 DAY SUSPENSION
3RD OFFENCE –180 DAY SUSPENSION (OR PERMANENT BAN IF TRANSGRESSION IS SEVERE ENOUGH)
Users who are permanently banned from posting are entitled to request a review of their forum ban with a view to having it lifted 6 months after it is applied. This leniency lies entirely at the discretion of the Admin Team.
