    Post by Mcqueen Tue 21 Feb 2012 - 17:13

Had a run in with a belgium who was buying my first apartment, Janet dragged me away befire i screwed the sale up,
So i think their all a bit stroppy, Same with germans, Downright rude me thinks, An old car forum that i go on has a german who was meticulous restoring his motor, Photos, reseach, Every nut and bolt labeled, And his English and grammar put me to shame, But at the last hurddel he painted it the wrong colour, Quietly i laughed my head off, We had words a while before about a car i was going to buy in serbia, He comes on and gives it, "Just get a gallon of petrol and some jump leads, Get the plane over and drive it back (Muppet), This car had stood 25 years, He was on his first restoration, I'd been doing it 40 years , So i let him have it,, So we always avoid each other now, Yesterday an irish guy finishes his restoration, And puts the photos on, Wow nice job Dermot, German comes on and says "shame about the colour" Stuff for the boys - Cars and the like - Page 5 16779677, Well ithought you cheeky bleeder after what you did, But i had my sensative head on, And just put .Well i like it, Well done Dermot, I mean these blokes go through blood sweat and tears with these cars, Anyhow, German man comes on later and said, Dermot i would like to apologise, Its your car and you paint it what colour you like, Just like i did, I havent been too well because my 14 year old son died suddenly in november, Feck me, Boy am i glad i kept my mouth shut for once,
I sent the guy a pm saying how sorry i was, And hoped we can put the past behind us,
He sent one back, Saying different cultures Reg, Thats how wars start, I was going to say but we won, But i didnt,
Anyway, I like him now, For now Stuff for the boys - Cars and the like - Page 5 3025408739
