Some loony that has a submarine on the canal in the centre of Leeds has skanked The VAT out of a million quid. What a shame he got caught, I like anything like that, Crime with no pain to anyone. Will he get scuttled ?

I've just made some toasted cheese Reg...it 's Dutch Edam and it said use by the 15th January...sod it, I just cut the mouldy bits off, delicious!
I think it was a barge boat made to look like a submarine, it couldn't dive or anything...what the hell does he do to avoid paying £1 million in VAT?

Cost £60k to convert, It wouldnt dive far in the canal, 8ft deep ?, Scam was to do with disability items, import etc, You can claim all the vat back for disabled items, like cars and vans minibuses all that gear, So all you need are invoices with VAT paid, Bobs your uncle, Get the dosh and start playing with boys toys,
