Just reading about him on Wikipedia. He did his fair share of fighting both in the Jewish underground after WW2 and in the Arab-Israeli war in 1948. Obviously, its a natural progression to go from all that into hairdressing

One from my camp, (Carrol Shelby) 89, You lot wont know what a Shelby Cobra is, Or A Shelby Mustang, A great American who slipped a 7 litre V8 in a little AC car in the 60's went on to win most races it entered, The most copied kit car ever, Imagine 0 to 100 and back to a stop in 10 seconds, He took evey buyer out in his before they bought one, His trick was a 100 dollar bil on the dash board, If you could grab it you could keep it, He never lost one, The sheer speed of the thing, A real one today ? £600,000, Maybe more, Ask me who could have bought one in 76 fo £7,000,
