    I'd say the Blue Knights with Ticketus on board will get it. Ticketus will probably waive the money owed them if they succeed in a buy-out , however I think they will want shares in the new company in lieu, making them the major share-holder. Very clever...

    I think a "Newco" should have to start at the bottom, and I don't mean 3rd division. Same as Annan Athletic and Peterhead, they'll have to work their way through regional promotions.
