Whytes side summing up today, much as I have no time for Whyte I can't disagree with what his QC Findley says, what exact crime has he broken???

All down to the jury now...
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-glasgow-west-40160742
As I said previously, trials in Glasgow so any Celtic supporters on jury will have no time for him likewise Rangers supporters after what he done to the club, he's fecked...
But did he do anything wrong, he said he had the money to buy the club, he didn't say where the money was coming from, does the law say he has to ?

I always thought that he looked like a weasel...guilty as feck! (Bearing in mind I'm a Celtic supporter.)

As I said as I followed the trial there seemed to be no evidence in black and white that he'd actually broken any law, yip exactly where money was coming from (Ticketus) was not disclosed but he did say he had financial backers, I don't think Rangers/Murray were really bothered where money was coming from they just wanted rid of the debt ridden club...
Oh, still don't like the shady little fecker...

By the look on Whytes face as he came out of the court I get the feeling he wasn't as sure as you were...

So if the two rangers clubs are defunk who are HMCR after, Murray or just a point to prove so they can go after others who were doing the same...

Re: If Rangers go down the Pan.
Yip, exactly, so as said is it to prove their point of law in the tax loophole so they can go after others who were possibly doing the same...
My basic understanding of it is,,, here you are Mr Football Player here's a million pound tax free loan just pay the club it back whenever you want (never)...
Simples innit...
