Nor mine LR, Drago Tree, seen one tree, seen em all. There are two in the town so why pay to see one. The drive to Vilaflor nice but nowt much in village so drive on any of the roads going up the mountains and you get brilliant views. All the way from the south to Humboldt viewpoint - IMO better from the San Miguel Mirador.

That El Drago Milenario was one of the biggest disappointments I first had when I came to Tenerife. I don't know what I expected, but Jeez, it's just a tree innit!
Why don't they put a plaque up. It's supposed to be 1,000 years old (hence the name), but dragos don't produce annular rings like normal trees so that could be a crock of shit as well, anyway, they could erect a plaque with some interesting crap on it about how "This tree was growing at the same time as William the Conquerer was sticking it to the Saxons" or something similar.

It's one hell of a view from up there over the golf etc .

Not a mention of Mercedes mountains, Candalaria, El Medano, or Peurto dlc
