I have to say Lazy Daze, because the food is superb.
I love the Chinese (slow boat) in Peurto Colon.
I certainly enjoy The Watermelon
I love the Itallian food in Giovanni's in Adeje (Galleon)
I also enjoy both the main Chicken places in Adeje.
There is nothing over expensive or elaborate here, these are places with nice food for a reasonable price with a mix of views or ambience.

1, Amina in the Vista sur complex, for the food and service
2, Lazy Daze for the food
3, piccolo's for the view
4, Cosa Carlos for the food, The owner can be rude, but she's German or Belgium ish
5, Beach Club at lunch time just for the Ambience, and its the nearest thing to us, (Was)

I'll have to try Lazy Daze when I'm over. I hardly know any restaurants in the south. I ate in the Chicken Shack in Puerto Santiago last time. Never again. It was awful.

If you are just wanting huge quantities of food for a reasonable amount of money then the Rodeo mentioned above is OK but there is no view, it is very noisy and a bit like sitting in a warehouse.

I agree with Gypsy, but the food is massive amounts and good value. As is the Wok on other side of motorway by Hyper Trebol.

There are lots of Woks about but I think the one Kev is possibly referring to is on the back-road that runs down from HyperTrebol towards the La Caleta turning off the Adeje roundabout at Adeje (town) you can see it from the TF1.
Some of my favourites are in no particular order
Restaurante Jardín Campo de Golf de Costa Adeje, Expensive but impressive
Placeres - Calle la Marina, Los Abrigos - reasonable prices but still impressive
Lupita or Candil de la Abuela - Parque de la Reina couldn´t get cheaper but excellent food for a cheap lunch
The Wine Bar at the Harbour Club - Los Gigantes for a good old Sunday Roast
Cuatro Esquinas – San Miguel (town) - nice little courtyard and typical Canarian food.

margareta's in los cris is one of my favorites because you can get a good steak cooked on a charcoal BBQ and watch a good show at the same time
the roast house in the harbour because the plates are the size of dustbin lids and the foods good
bianco's italian on the cc passarella because foods good the place is lovely and clean and they have a fantastic roof terrace above with a spanish run bar were you can get a fantastic pint of alhambra especial
slow boat porto colon best chinese we have eaten
balti balti because it is the best indian we have eaten
a few others that are pretty good for good old typical pub grub are taylors lounge, manhattans, the players lounge and surfers in las americas

Slow Boat PC is superb, Roast House, Ian is an excellent Chef and can do some real homely grub too. Restaurante Margarita also has excellent Sausages and Burgers now. The BBQ is very good value. Best Pizza is Costa Smeralda in El Galleon, by far. Placeras that Gypsy said is top notch, strange guy on the music, not really, Joel was performing last time we went and he was fabulous.
Best BBQ is my house as the Chilli is real.

La Finca, Chayofa, lovely Canarian food with gorgeous veg, my favourite place.
El Cine - can't help it, just love their chicken wings, consistently good
Casa Tres, Torviscas - nice food, cooked well and menu slightly different from most.
Soul City, at entrance to Ocean Park, best Sunday roast, bar none!
Gran Paella Valencia (or Vista el Sur next door but one, same family, but go upstairs for the view) - Huge portions, super fish & steak and cheap as chips.
