It gets worse. Howard tell them you have a habit of drinking cheap beer and needed to finance it, go and rob a bank and you will only get 6 months community service.

When OH took people to court they would have robbed say £20,000 and get community service and told to pay it back, they had no money so the order was pay back £5 a week from their Benefits, that would make them 376 years old before the debt was cleared. Bloody silly.

its not a habit mum. i can take it or leave it,i just drink socially, had none yesterday none today,hardly addicted,unlike you and your cigarettes. now that is a bad habbit.
