thanks Dronnyman. Unfortunately some are not happy. Can't seem to please everyone. They are all on one line for me.

Re: New Posts
I think the fiddling may have upset other things, I am finally on the forum after being told that there is no site at this address but when I check posts since my last visit there aren´t any, yet if I look at 'my posts' I can see you have all been chatting. So I'm going to go for a coffee and hope things improve, too early for me to be fiddling backwards and forwards.

Can confirm all in a straight line, but if I want them on two lines I just go “CTRL +” and increase image size, probably the blind oldies who are having probs...
Plus all working as should be...

Morning Adam. My computer is on 100% normal size by the way. I will live with the messy appearance, as I usually do.......

Re: New Posts
Morning, how do you find out if your screen size is 100% or whatever, I just recall Cam saying once when I had problems to make the screen bigger do “CTRL +” and smaller “CTRL -” so don’t really know what its set at now...

Re: New Posts
Everyone except Gypsy should have all their buttons on one line now, , reason being for Gypsy, is certain buttons are hidden except to Admin. Me, 3rd, Mermaid and Topdog are all on one line. I had to hide the "Search" button to everyone except admin, but that doesn't matter as there is a "search" button on the new toolbar at the top. I have also hidden the "Calendar" button as it's only use just now is to see whose birthday is coming up and all the admin can see that. So, in conclusion, everyone is as happy as a dog with two tails except Gypsy 'cos her computer is weird!

Re: New Posts
...and there-in lies the problem. The redirect link for the "new posts" button will only take you to the posts which were there when I put the new button on. The only way to keep up to date is if I continually update the re-direct link before I go to bed at night, but I go to bed early compared to you guys so it isn't an ideal solution. (I knew there was a reason why there wasn't a button before ).Adam Mint wrote:Oops, just clicked the “New Posts” button, got this...

Forgot about that AM. @Gypsy, go to "Portal" and scroll down to bottom right and change the width setting to 1300 then click "Change". See if that helps.

It’s a bit of a waste of time then, would be very useful if it worked as it’s so annoying if you log out unintentionally and loose where you were with posts, plus I think it would help encourage membership, and members activities...
Keep at it Cam, sure you can fix it...

See the little magnifying glass at top left? Click on it and your cursor will appear in the search bar. Type in matt and press the "return" button on your keyboard. The results will be displayed below.(You may need to scroll down a teensie bit to see results). Try it and tell me if it works.

Give me a mo and I'll have a look Dronny...
Edit: Nope, don't see the reason for that...rights are for "All" to see.

Yep, and me. This could keep you occupied for a few hours until you go back to work for a rest Cam.

Re: New Posts
OK. I've now set the re-direct link to the rss feed for our forum, so when you click on "New Posts" all the new posts should be showing. (the layout will be different until you open one of the posts). Someone try it please and tell me if it works.
