Well,,, on way home from local was a bit light on funds so by-passed the take-way, got
home and had a look in the fridge, 8 cans of lager, couple of bottles of vino, a
pack of pita bread, some cheese, couple of chillies, a few onions, and a garlic
bulb and the usual other bits and bobs spread around the kitchen,,,, needed something
tasty............... So crushed a couple of the garlic cloves then separated in
to two small dip type dishes and added a bit olive oil to both, then to one a
bit mayo salt and pepper, mixed and ala alliolly, to the other added one finely
chopped red chilli, a bit salt and pepper, and a 50/50 mix of teriyaki and soya
sauce, then stuck the pita in the toaster until it popped, stuffed it with
cheese and thinly sliced onion rings plus a couple of teaspoonfuls of the chilly mix, then in to the microwave
for a minute, then back in the toaster to for another minute or so, opened up
and spread in a bit of the alliolly, yum, fu#king yum yum yum....

Good job its pool night tomorrow as no feckin bird would wanna snog me, not even an ugly
one, but well worth the sacrifice, what a taste............

Problem is got a fair bit of both mixes left, thinking they could be stuffed in to a bit chicken and pan fried for
tomorrows tea, oh well, it all helps to develop the biceps I suppose...

How can you do all that when you're pissed? I'd make do with toasted cheese...

    I get creative...

Couple of weeks back pub we normally end up in on
a Sunday night when it turfs out we all end up in takeaway opposite, this
particular Sunday it was mobbed out and they aint the quickest at serving, so I
said to girl I was with it’s ok got plenty of food back at my place (which was
just round the corner), back home... Chicken, red and green peppers, onion and
mushrooms, done in spicy chilli sauce with extra fresh chillies and garlic added,
served it on a bed of noodles stir fried in garlic and soya,,, took about half
an hour... You would think she would be
impressed, no, moaned all the way through my perpetration and cooking, tried to
explain we would have waited longer in the takeaway as we have in the past,
but, would she buy it, no, moan, moan, moan, women, they just don’t listen...

Soon shut her gob when she tasted it.................

Chicken breast marinated in chilli, garlic, soya
and teriyaki sauce, served in a warm pitta with loads of alliolly, and a side salad,
washed down with a very nice chilled 2012 Carlsberg... 10/10.
