Scotch eggs !.
Ain't had them in years had couple today, warm from oven rather nice.
Not had much of appetite of late due to being so drained from pains, but fancied something to eat tonight (1st time since Tuesday lunch) and wife strangely suggested the 2 that were in fridge !.
Feeling better today tablets kicked in not had pains since this morning and feel better.

Fennel? You could do that in the bin, cut out the middle man.

No culture Mince.
You could grill it but saucepan would poach. Would suggest if doing it thet way use a wok pan, or similar and sear both sides in butter first then add a little milk etc, but not done it like that myself.
