    I don´t use Paypal or Skype so I can only assume this is someone trying to con me out of money or credit card details If you get a similar email I suggest you ignore it.

    I've had a couple of Paypal e-mails over the last two weeks as well Gypsy. I just delete them...scams

    If you don't use either then it is a scam. I do use Paypal sometimes but always go into my account to check things out rather than trust the email.
