There is no proposal to withdraw all existing old
driving licence models. Millions of driving licences
would have to be exchanged, an operation of such
magnitude that it would be difficult to manage even
when spread over a period of 5 or 10 years. It is
therefore proposed that the limited administrative
validity should only apply to driving licences issued
from the date of application of this Directive. This will
lead to a gradual phasing-out of old models

Clear as the River Humber estuary then. What I wanna know is what is the maximum power I can have in my disabled scooter? Transport
Will I be able to tow boats with it? Transport
And will I be able to use it when I'm 101, blind as a bat and twice as dotty?
Will they have to increase the parking facility's outside Yelas Bar?
And when are they going to put disabled ramps in my apartment block or do I have to fecking move? Angry3
