Response to recent changes

hopefully this doesn't get binned as off-topic as it's not actually a suggestion but here goes

just wanted to say the changes on the home page with the different forum sections split up is a nice improvement
so much easier to find the topics you are looking for and looks neater too

Big pat from me too LR, but, could you possibly turn up the volume on the home page music? Sorry but 50% deaf, and yes I did abuse my ears as a youngster!

I think you will need to get the sound louder by checking your settings. I don't think we can do anything this end.

Juba I thought I had you sussed from the beginning, asking to get into the admin bit. Then the INSULTS STARTED.......then the critisism, now the accusing people of being racist.
Your comment is also racist and you have made racist type remarks in the past.
I actually do not feel that anything directly racist has been stated as yet just some jokey comments and some opinions. This is an international forum and if it is considered that any comment, racist, sexist or anything else is offending other users or causing issues it will be removed.
If you don't like our forum, stay away.......if you do like it as you have previously stated then please do not try to cause arguments as we had none until you started one last week.

I understand where Both Gypsy and you lot are coming from and think our sensible Gent Cam had the right comment, all in Moderation. That is, comments, objectionable remarks, swearing and moving posts.
We are different and a happy place so lets keep it like that for all.
If we have certain threads then we need to stay on topic with the odd off topic funny, sure all will agree. If a subject does goes very much off topic we do need to bring it back a bit, if a high interest or touchy subject.

Dont know where you live Juba but I assume its Britain. I also assume the reason you or your parents chose to live here was primarily economic. I bought a place in Tenerife because I happen to like it and I could. I also feel slightly embarrassed that it is located in what can only be described as a British ghetto. I feel this is fairly normal though as many areas of Britain have also become ghettos full of 'foreigners' of same or similar ancestry.

Oh, BTW, my father was not British. Guess that makes me a mongrel. You can call me that if you wish, I could care less. My skin is way too thick.
