I've had a look at a few of the settings on members "preferences" and a lot of you must be getting a helluva lot of e-mails and pop-ups whenever new posts or replies are posted.
To stop these, click on "Profile" near the top of the page, then click on "Preferences". Here are my preferences, I only want a pop-up when someone sends me a private message.
Change your settings to these and you won't get all those annoying e-mails.
If you do change your settings, remember and click the "Save" button at the bottom.
