Every time someone posts about Scottish independence I get an e-mail ,how do I stop this?

Can you see the "Share" and "Actions" buttons at the top of your post Bill? Go into "actions" and click on "Stop watching this topic". Not sure if that will cure it but see how it goes.

Simples, have two or more e-mail addresses, one that's only used for serious stuff, the others for everything else like forums, quizzes, sex contact sites etc...

It was just a bit of friendly advice for the future, "Dont give out personal details if you don't want pestered"...
