If you click on "Notifications" then "See all notifications" it shows a list of what you may get an notification for Cru. If you decide you don't want them all, just untick the ones you don't want.

No, if you don't want to see it just click on the wee arrow pointing upwards next to the Notifications. That will hide it. If you want it back just click on the down arrow.
