Re: Culinary delight thread...
Went out for lunch today at The Haven in Cellardykes. I had a HUGE pork chop (1" thick!), roast potatoes, buttered peas in the pod and carrots with a cider and apple sauce. 9/10.

Slow cook them in an oven ( think he said wrapped in tinfoil ) for 80/90 min then sear them on a pan. Going to try that myself whenever I get pork chops next, though you could use his ones as a feckin sofa they are so big ( also he gets straight from farm so are only a day old when he has them in the shop )

Last night i went in Taurus, I had fillet steak which was perfect, Whan the little china man from Amina said the quality of meat there is first class, he works there now,
Then i had Blueberry cheese cake with ice cream which was also perfect, i immediately felt sick but pleased with myself for having no control over my healthy eating, feck it i thought
