Not yet decided for today but yesterday I slow cooked pork in Ron Miel then added mustard and cream to make the sauce, served with mash and buttered cabbage.  I also had one of those Muller corners, the cherry.

If I say so myself 10/10

mash and buttered cabbage? Are they mixed together or served separately? It's after bringing back a childhood memory. I'm nearly certain that my grandmother used to mix the two and that I used to love it.

Separate with just a dash of grated nutmeg on the cabbage - and tonight I have decided steak, chips and a couple of eggs for himself as I hate eggs.
