So far Patsy has not erected the Christmas tree, shes Irish too so maybe shes saving it for Easter.

Not yet decided for today but yesterday I slow cooked pork in Ron Miel then added mustard and cream to make the sauce, served with mash and buttered cabbage. I also had one of those Muller corners, the cherry.

Separate with just a dash of grated nutmeg on the cabbage - and tonight I have decided steak, chips and a couple of eggs for himself as I hate eggs.
