Another Gearbox fault maybe, Seem to remember that happened before 
They love to blame the pilots, didnt the one flying all the top brass from ireland that crashed into the mountain also get pilot error, bit naughty,

Now if it was a private helicopter it would be pilot error, but if dibble is involved its everybody elses fault, So i recon its going to be the helicopter company that foots the bill for sure,
