    Hello,


    Me & my friends are doubting to go to Playa de las Americas for having a summerholiday, or to go for wintersport. We're afraid the first week of February is offseason to party and has not that same atmosphere like in summer maybe? And if there is some activity, what will be the average age then in clubs? I've read winter is more the time for elderly people, is that right?

    Clubs busy all year round and summer here is not like other places. You come in February and all the clubs for you will be going fab, but take tips from others, like get there at 1am and do most of your drinking before you go. Also we can advise on best food

    Maestro tell us what type of music/ club you prefer, some top DJ's and MC's out here on a reg basis. One of our members, Vanessa arranges party boats for various ages but does a big one for the real animals.

    Thx for your warm welcome! We prefer mainstream music, but special genres are always possible. We know that Playa de las Americas are popular for british people, can you maybe clarify me what bar/clubs are directed to more the british people and what clubs are more a mix of origins? What I've heard is that Veronica's strip is more populated with british in comparison with Starc. I don't wanna see it in black and white, but maybe you can give me some survey of this.

    Starco and Veronicas are the main clubbing areas Maestroo. All the young people use these and it doesn't matter what nationality you are, everybody mixes. There aren't really any Nationality specific clubs that I am aware off. Maybe someone else may know better.

    They are close together, so one falls into the other. Let us know what you really like as such a big area. I will certainly give a lot of pointers and varied but types of music, food etc will help.

    The answers above or pretty accurate as those clubs are used by mainly the 18-25 touriss but if you want a Spanish feel then you should go to the bars/clubs in the San Telmo area between Las americas and Los Cristianos where the music will be salsa, marengue and bachata.
