Friend suffers from sinus, doctor says to him try whisky honey and hot water three or four times a day, few weeks later he's back at the doctors, doctor asks him how the mix is working, mate says really ain't doing much good, but the one before bed time is helping me to get to sleep a bit better, doctor looks at him and  says your meant to inhale it not drink it,,, 100% true...

  sounds like a man after my own heart!

Its sterile sea water. They use it for blocked ears as well. I tried it for 3 weeks. No joy.
