Beef stew and mashed potatoes followed by lemon sorbet. 9.5 / 10

Sausages , chips and beans with bread and butter and a glass of milk. 7/10

Spaghetti Carbonara 6/10

Been cahos today, So i played a blinder, I said i know, I'l treat us to fish and chips, 9/10, I also made the mistake of asking what my password was, Tits up innit, So much for going to bed early.

Tonight we are having cod for dinner. Cru tells me it is more healthy to do it in breadcrumbs instead of batter, so be it then. Later I will have numerous beers to counteract the calorie inbalance. Cheers.

Just do a nice herb crust and whack it through the oven.

You could fry them in a smidgen of olive oil Vince (not deep fried with batter is what I meant) then when they are cooked you could put them in newspaper to obsorb any excess oil....

Wrap them in tin foil with a slice of lemon & a spoon of honey. Bake at 190 for 15min.

Blimey, a right bunch of Fanny Craddocks we have on here. They were cooked in frying pan with some veg oil exactly the same as I would do the ones in batter as I have dithched the deep fat fryer. Anyway all consumed now and no sign of heart attacks in the house. Very nice too, 9/10. If I had cooked them in butter I would have got a 10..........
