Just logged on and seen the PM, so you beat me to saying I won´t be eating but I have just had a coffee as it has turned quite chilly.

Yes we both had the same and we went to Sol y Luna (Sun and Moon), it was nice but the company was better we had a nice chat and a mooch around the shops. Mermaid we will do it when you are here I only have a couple of days before I am off to the peninsula but we will do a girlie lunch, just a shame Cru will be unable to join us, but she will be doing her proud grandmother thing.

Reg, red meat is like anything (alright in moderation) you could have steak once a week, pork chops, gammon (all with fat cut off) once a week. Why don't you go for cooking lessons? it surely the future??? What Culinary Delight did you have for your tea tonight? - Page 25 2133634253
