    he contacted me earlier saying they were going to try and get their own flights as they are having so many problems with the insurance organizing things. I do hope they get home soon and Annie is okay on the flight.

    Yip, took things in to our own hands yesterday, Thomas Cook flight today 113e (£81) each, ain't complaining about that, Annie has a case so that was a further 34e (£24), will try and get Annie's costs back off the insurance company, we told them what we were doing so we were not all booking flights, but speaking to them yesterday morning they were still faffing around with paperwork...

    She's just glad see her family (probably be sick of them tomorrow)...

    Flight went fine, don't think there was an empty seat on it, I'd been looking at flights since Wednesday, that flight didn't show, then yesterday afternoon suddenly it appears...

    Topic title is slightly appropriate...

    As you know we normally do a Thursday night quiz, Annie wants to come and see our friends tonight, as do they want to see her (I know there are flowers and cards waiting for her as I was there last night at the pool), so I'm glad she wants to come, (I don't want to be carrying flowers around all night, do I), it will be taxies there and back, we normally just bus/walk it, but that's OK, what I save on not having to buy her drink should cover it so no worries there...  But what I'm coming to is,,, part of the quiz is having a topical team name,,, what did our team pick last week knowing we had just booked flights home, " The pain in Spain is on the plane",,, the bas#ards say they are referring to me not Annie...
