Don't see why having less then 250 employees should make any difference...

We have had a complete ban for years. You can't even buy those "regular" shopping bags anymore, only the reusable ones. One of the best things ever, the streets and countryside are much tidier! Still, I suppose, its no surprise that Ireland leads the way again Plastic Bags 1483819851 Plastic Bags 4017463848 Plastic Bags 4017463848

The few shops that still sell them now charge 22 cent per bag but to be honest, I can't remember the last time I saw any of those "normal" ones for sale. The big tough plastic reusable bags are 65-75 cent so it doesn't make any financial sense to buy the old type ones.

Thats ok if you remember to take your own bags with you, The garage in Tenerife is full of the big bought bags, My own car is full of the blady things too, I blame Janet because she is in charge of shopping,

If its costing you money, leaving those reusable bags at home, you soon get in the habit of leaving them in the boot all the time ( at least we soon learned to)

Was in Asda Friday, Chinese family, mother pushing trolley, granny following with young kid in hand, we're behind them heading towards exit, as we pass the self service tills the granny puts her hand over the barrier and grabs a big bundle of bags from the hook they were hanging on,,, member of staff sees her do it, walks up to her and asks what's she going to put in bags,,, granny just stares at her, staff member grabs bags out of her hand and hangs them back on hooks...

Now, can you be done for nicking "free" bags...
