For the last 2 days when I go on a certain site my computer fails to respond and I have to reboot it, so thanks to the members who have sent me links but cant use em! Glad its not this one...........Pheeeeeeeeew

Hi Reg its Ben there was no misunderstanding ,Carol told the truth she pm him twice he got back to her eventually asked her to set a time for him & Andy (CIM ) to go up to see the house, she replied & we never heard no more .I told her to leave it when he didn't acknowledge the first pm but she resent it .

If you read the thread on the other forum he says that when he met Carol in his office he said that he would take 4 other agents with him . For a start Carol never went in his office we dont even know where it is, & secondly there was no mention of other agents only himself & Andy ,so he was obviously thinking about someone else that had gone ino the office certainly not us.

But the comments from bystanders were totally uncalled for. Like a pack of hunting hounds baying for the kill, same again yesterday. That is nothing to do with that forum or its owners, just a few back-stabbing members who wish to cause trouble.

It also surprised me as to how quickly that particular thread was closed, especially when B&C had well and truly proven their point to the people concerned.

Anyhow, I suppose that's one of the many downsides of an over moderated forum.

Hi all Ben here I think your correct there Reg it wasnt as if we were leaving the island we wanted to just move down the coast into something else so when im away working if need be Carol can visit on her own.

So it was a sale & buy really anyway weve had a rethink & going to leave it & just enjoy it for now .

If anyone on here who has a place near the coast & fancys a week up in Taucho (which is nice & has nice bars as Kev said) to get away from it all just let us know we can do a swop for a week its fully equiped with everything you need .Get to no the other Tenerife .

Have a look at this company [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Speak to Sonia, I have done a bit of work with them and they do a Rent to Buy scheme which I have not heard of any other agent doing. It might be a way for you to let someone try out your property to see if they like being in the country and the rent could possibly pay for you to stay somewhere until you find something suitable for yourselves.

I also know Phil Hornby as an acquaintance who has Tate Properties, he seem a nice, up front guy so give him a call too [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] You have nothing to loose even if you don´t proceed at least you may find someone suitable for when you are ready.

Not really, we have met in passing but don´t actually know each other, but that could be rectified as I live in Tenerife. Next time Cru is having a braai get her to send an invite in this direction.
