It is impossible to fix ears   All they can do is amplify what you can hear, once your coclier is worn down its worn down, cant repair it, Cilla Black had a transplant and was totally deaf after, I have tried every aid possible, positive waste of time, Just sounds a right racket
2 guys at the garage have tried them, both have binned them, nice and quiet without them, aids my arse, more like a pain in the arse
