Here we go...the same scare tactics and shite that the UK government gave the Scots before their referendum.

Interesting, didn´t stop Brits living abroad before joining the EU so why should they not be able to do it now.  As you say scare tactics

It doesn't say anywhere that ex-pats would be "forced to leave". He said " Everything we take for granted about access to the single market – trade taking place without customs checks or paperwork at national frontiers, the right of British citizens to go and live in Spain or France – those would all be up in the air" and he is right. All these would have to be negotiated again. ( Not suggesting that they won't be)

I would be more inclined to think along Howard's lines

Ex pats leavng would ruin the economy. That knob that was selling TV boxes kept o about this, what about all his mates that live here who are not EU citizens, Ruskies etc. What about all the South Americans and Africans.

House prices are way too high, I certainly agree with you Cam. Its also about time the government started collecting tax on any profit when selling ones house. As is the case in Spain.
