You have always defended them McQ, but I certainly don´t think the Portuguese police cocked up, I think that detective was spot on.  He won his case and they were furious because they didn´t get the money they were after.  everything with them has a price.  If it was your child you wouldn´t be thinking about the money, just a result.  You would give interviews for nothing not charge for them. 

Once you start protecting someone, you might want to confess what they did but you then have to confess that you were also lying.    THIS IS INTERESTING  reading.

Yes its not good, but i keep thinking like i would behave and forget that there are some evil people out there, Myra hyndley etc, cold robots exist, I feel sorry for the Mcanns, i cant imagine what i believe they are going through, but maybe there not, I've had a long day too

IMO hey have not shown the grief that I saw In Sara Payne and Terry or the rest of the family. They gave interviews for nothing and she gave her life her work and everything up to try and protect other children. The family have been torn apart and members have died or like Sara become very ill through the stress and they know what happened to their daughter. mccanns do not know so in theory should be far worse than the Paynes.  If it was my child or grand child I would not be dressed up doing Tv interviews I would be following every lead with help of family friends with avengance

Or fear.....fear of being caught or fear of what she will be like if found, both possibilities. I worked very close with the Paynes and knew them well, despite not knowing them before Sarah was brutally murdered by Roy Whiteing, they never lived in hope of findong her alive, before she was found, they knew she was gone by instinct, they lived in terror of what might have been her demise.

1987.... I was in a cell with Saunders who is actuallly a distant relative, my Grand- mother Dads side is Saunders and we traced. I worked in London at the time and got in a ruck, got banged up to go before magistrates next morning, I got off and Mr saunders got taken down for trial. Nice geezer, hehas the othet 3 of us in the holding cell in stitches. Funny place that you go in a cell at Vine street and do an underground walk to Bow street magistrates. I got told naughty boy case dismissed, mind you a copper (cid)who was a customer was my witness and the guy did try to nick my jacket with cards, yeah maybe I should not have slammed him into wall and given him bruised ribs and split lip but should not have nicked me jacket

You seem to court trouble is it because you look odd 

Young scrapper in those days Reg used to hang out down Mile-end, should have been in trouble more but usually had an alibi or good reason for a punch up.
