    U.S /Caribbean trip Empty U.S /Caribbean trip

    Post by searcher Fri 11 Nov 2016 - 21:26

Just back earlier this week from one of the best trips we have had {for weeks REG} the Fort Lauderdale part was particularly good we met some very nice people and had loads of laughs, we were worried at first with the collapse of the £ but apart from the hotel, costs were o.k. we found some very good restaurants who did happy hours not just for drinks but food as well 2 for one dinners etc in fact we were sad at having to join the ship as we were enjoying ourselves so much.
The ship was amazing, only a couple of years old it was beautiful, loads of space no lines for food at lunchtime and loads of sunbeds/chairs etc ,as usual food was fantastic but I can still button my jacket, like loads of places around the world some islands have seen better days but old favourites like Barbados/ St Kitts/ Antigua still ring my bell,
Doubt if we will cruise this area again but would go back to our favourites for a holiday

Never fancied a cruse, think it was all them trips to Shetland, plus watching all them cruse punters queuing to get off and on the boat/excursions, but if anyone's willing to put up the fare I'll reluctantly give it a go, hint Bill...
