Good Afternoon Everyone , well it's afternoon here . Really good flight 11 hours though called in at Tobago on the way for a Rum Punch   . We have been exploring today not a big island Barbados but lovely just had some coconut prawns my favourite  massive they were & delicious. 
Wish I could put photos on but I can't with my iPad . Lobster tonight  all good for the diet it's these cocktails  that mess it up     Take care everyone  x
