They take blood every 3 months and its hbc8 or something like that that gives an overhaul result. Mine was good 3weeks ago. I'm testing a new drug when i go home. Makes you pee more glucose out so it it don't get in your blood stream, trashes your kidneys but you can see better

Re: The doctors surgery
Jeez, have you not been following the thread? Tumour, growth, call it what you like. Between lower front teeth and tongue, about 10mm across. All removed and gob stitched up, some might say I deserve it, and gob stitched up too. They probably wouldnt be wrong. Anyway surprisingly no pain, except when talking and I move tongue upwards. Just as well cos I got no painkillers. Patsy normally has that sort of stuff but apparently shes run out>??? Still got over a litre of blue vodka if I need it...... I was sat in the car park in the Hospital waiting for when they were doing this op listening to the radio. News comes on, some expert reckons alcohol is a proven cause of cancer, no matter how much you imbibe. Silly feckers. The Lone Ranger wrote:What they done to your gob then Vince?

Re: The doctors surgery
Crusty ham rolls I like, cant see me putting that in the kenwood. Not much pain now when moving tongue about so things are improving. You are dead right Dermo, 2kgs already. Lunch today is spaghetti bolognese in a tin, its very soft. I put brown sauce in it to make it better....... I am going back to the Hospital on Friday and Patsy has insisted on coming too, she says I dont ask enough questions........

Re: The doctors surgery
Blox, let that slip out. Hands up, I have some ketchup too. But the Mayonnaise gets used more. Tonight I am gonna try a burger in a soft bun. Might have to cut it up first with a knife and fork....... Reminds me of my Mum, she likes jelly and ice cream, no teeth required. Sadly I have neither in my house..... But on the plus side I dont have to inject myself with insulin every day........

Re: The doctors surgery
Using up NHS cash fast this week my family. Today I go back to Peterborough Hospital about the gob issue. Saturday Fred goes to Addenbrookes in Cambrige to have metal rods removed from his arm after he was rebuilt following his motorcycle crash and on Monday I have to go to Kings Lynn hospital for my ears, stint or something. We live about 25 miles from all of them, smack bang in the middle. Only Huntingdon to go. Freddie was born there.

Re: The doctors surgery
Yeah, I know. Sterilisation should have been performed on Patsy in 1978.
Just back from Hospital. Consultant says biopsy was ok but he says he is sitting on the fence over it and would I like an operation to remove the whole lot and surrounding tissue. It will be painful for about 10 days he said. Yep, I can do a bit of pain and anyway I will lose even more weight I said. So 10th August I am booked in, proper op they are gonna knock me out, might be in a day or so he says. Well, never tried that hospital food before, hope the soups nice. Dropped in at ASDA on the way back and Patsy has chosen me a nice dressing gown and a pair of slippers, now I feel fecking old. I can look forward to sitting outside the main entrance smoking a fag when its all over with all the other similarly dressed old gits........... Might smuggle in a couple of tinnies, be just like sitting outside Sundowners. Talking of beer I have decided to spoil myself and smoochie down the pub this afternoon in time for Happy Hour at 5 o'clock.
