Shopping then filling another skip

Picking up my new glasses today. Also picking up a leather wallet I bought as I was getting my initials laser engraved on it.

Done the shopping and half filled the skip, the other half belongs to Luke,
only fair he payed £120 and i put the other £6 in

Spotted a mini cooper s for sale not far away in Wetherby so off i went George riding shot gun
guy said he bought it off a guy 8 years ago and it came from the USA and changed from LHD to RHD
asked what he had done to it and he said nothing you could smell the paint in the air and the underseal was still soft, I could tell it had never been LHD, wheres the number plates ? I never got round to registering it  have you got the pink slip from the USA and the nova to say the import duty has been payed, err no i never had it  right what i need from you is a receipt to say it is yours and some id ? err i'm not prepared to give you it  so i told him to get fecked and left it, the police station was just round the corner and i called in, It was closed and a note stuck on the door saying ring 101 so i did, they aske if it was a racial incident or because of my sexual gender and has somebody upset me because of my religion  FMR, I finaly got to talk to a human and told them the tale of somebody obviously trying to sell a stolen car, interested not a jot

Taking Mermaid back into town to exchange some clothes she bought yesterday. Got my new glasses, the case folds open and becomes a phone/tablet holder! It's about the size of a small suitcase... Packing for hols, off early tomorrow morning. Still have to book a taxi for 04.30am. Had a haircut yesterday to make myself presentable to the French chicks...

Driving home after a tragic week.
As my Scottish friends on here will know a man was killed on a construction site in Aberdeenshire well that was Bens site in Peterhead.
Can’t give out any details as yet but the internet Facebook & the newspapers are so wrong.
To say Ben is devastated is an understatement as he died in his arms after Ben performed CPR on him for 25 minutes trying to keep him alive.
I myself feel drained & I don’t know if Ben will be the same again as he was a friend that Ben had made since starting the job in March.
We have a holiday booked on Wednesday to Tenerife as the job would of been signed off Monday it’s our first one since Christmas as I have Been for scans & had many appointments to attend .
Are we looking forward to it not really we just want to go back to Monday & get people to do things different but that never happens does it.
Be thankful for every morning you wake up as you never know what the day holds x

So sorry to hear that Carol. You and Ben go on holiday and relax as best you can. What's done is done, nothing is going to change that.
