    Because this massage treats all the body systems including the organs and glands it differs from western forms of massage. This why the entire body, with the exception of the genitals is massaged with copious amounts of oils using hands, feet and the whole body of the masseur.
    For this reason it is generally performed with both parties nude, and also for this reason men normally massage men and ladies, ladies.
