Thats good news, 40 years ago, I got at least one page of items cars failed mot on, Sometimes three, Always included welding, Cars today are brilliant, Maybe a few bulbs, A tyre bits like that, 100,000 miles is nothing,
So things have improved, We employed an indian lad just to do brake pipes, We called him sinbad, He never complained, Happy days, My boss was a cockney, He knew how to earn a shilling, Big poster in the window, Student dicount ?, i said i thought you hated students, I do , So ?, If they tell me they are a student, I will charge them top whack, Because they wont be staying long, If people are local we look after them,
Word spreads then,
Clever man, And rich when he retired, Naughty but nice

First day back for me too Kev . Actually wasn't that bad. Had a drive up the side of Loch Lomond, new covering of snow on the Ben.

We have road works at the end of our road, All the way past the cricket ground, Tempory traffic lights, Also a building site, Retirement homes for the over 60's so i'm safe for now, Think their £200k for a one bed, And £280k for a two bed, Then you have a monthly fee for the indoor bowling green and warden, And if you have anything left you buy a car parking space, Then you may eat ?, Cheeky bleeders.

Morning members, Called at the shop for a paper after dropping Janet at work, Get a loaf of bread she say's, Stood in the queue, Gets to the front. No money, I'l be back i says, Went home got the dosh Back to the shop, Lass says get a grip Reg, gets home and opens the cupboard to put the bread in, And there is nearly a full one staring at me, So i'm not alone in being a bit blank upstairs on a morning ?, Hope things improve through the day, Or do i really care,
Weather wise not too bad, High light of the day will be when Natalie arrives with her tape measure at 2pm,
