Another cracking sunny morning in Los Boliches having a great break.

Sat on Marbella prom yesterday afternoon watching the money walk past, the Spanish economy troubles clearly not hit marbella.

Oi! watch out you It's called the HCG diet and Pete lost 14lbs when I was away, we are doing it together now which is much easier. I might start a thread about it

I'm on a diet of sorts too Cruella - I don't have scales, so not sure about weight loss... but I've lost 2 inches of my tummy, 2 inches off my hips, and an inch of my boobs and thighs. I've cut out bread, rice, potatoes and cheese. Week two is tough though ' so I may research your HCG and see if that stops me feeling so hungry!

People may I say that weight loss is not as important as inch loss, unless it is inch loss is mass muscle areas.

Morning all. Dull but very humid here. Have to clean up house before Eileen gets back from her mum's. Place is a mess after trying to get everything ready for the funeral.
