Today will be chicken broth. 3 hour jobbie innit. Tell Janet Reg, nice change. Yesterday went for meal with my Mum and others in an Essex barn that was pretending to be up-market. I had steak and Guinness pie. It came with swirl of brown on the side of the plate, ffs, I think it was gravy browning, very sticky anyway. 5/10 and expensive. Transport cafe next time.........

Anything without salt !.
On a strict no salt diet now (and forever) as 'we' try and get my high blood pressure in check.
Mind have to say food is far tastier now and I can taste stuff that has salt in it were as before I salted everything.

We are out tonight so having something light, I made a quiche with puff pastry and filled with bacon, onion, garlic and cheese. It was lovely I had some salad with it and Jim had chips 9/10 as I didn´t have a dressing for the salad only mayo.
