    Chicken salad followed by strawberry cheesecake. I was bought 3 small spring form cake tins and had to try the small one out.

    Microwave meal, well Sundays left over roast and veg heated up, 8/10, the meat toughened up a bit...

    I was working from 11:30 onwards. Tonight I am having veggie stir fry plus fillet of cod. The stir fry is feckin hot!!!
