Re: REVIEW - Lazy Daze
No, it is not really Karoke. Cara and Bobby who worked for Mick previous, doing afternoons are back. They will be doing afternoons and Cara does a few songs, she has been a Cher and Madonna tribute and is a good compere. She will let anyone have a song if they want but it will be in the afternoon betweem 3.30 and 5.30. If you want it quiet though you can sit on the terrace. The bar is really picking up and in Stu's own words, he has been stretched this week. Not bad you can listen to a good singer and still only 1.50 a pint. Cod and Chips and a pint 6.95 I believe.
If you like food Bill have a fillet Steak and it will be cooked to perfection, but for his Sea Bass or Bream is the best dish on the menu.

Re: REVIEW - Lazy Daze
I would confirm that Stu's steak is lovely.
I thought I recognised the names when you said Cara and Bobby so just looked on TA and they were well thought of and cropped up in all of the following threads, even though you can´t see everything I just did a quick selection - hope they have still got it.

He has a good Sirlin too, just the fillet is the very best I have had so usually have that and not sirloin.

Re: REVIEW - Lazy Daze
I had the sirloin as Reg was paying but he had the fillet - I didn´t know him very well then or how rich he was, if I had I would have ordered it with truffle and washed down with Bollinger.
