Re: REVIEW - Lazy Daze
Love this place, 'Lazy Daze'.
Great people and great food. Could spend most of my holiday in there but wife wouldn't be pleased. Hopefully back over before the end of the year.
Best of luck to all at Lazy Daze.

Re: REVIEW - Lazy Daze
Nice to see Lazy Daze continues to get great reviews. Tripadvisor Think whoever said they are the owner needs to tweak the opening comment though, some are put off by gas and god

Re: REVIEW - Lazy Daze
Hi all, sorry for being awol, well I do pop in now and then but I'm not much of a poster, will try to do better.
I've posted here as I'm sure you will know Lazy Daze has closed. What I'm after is a new place to frequent on a regular bases when on my hols. I'm staying at the Andorra in November, I now the strip is close but don't mind walking a bit for a good pint and banter, day and night.
Also what has become of Mick and family, hope all are well. Assume Bobby and Cara are working. Cara was recovering from an illness on my last visit.

Re: REVIEW - Lazy Daze
Welcome back Sir. Yep lazy daze closed sometime ago. Like many British run bars their attitude was sadly lacking so I'm not at all surprised. I am sure you will find something to your liking and please dont just go to Brit run establishments, whole world out there to investigate and you may well be pleasantly surprised.

Re: REVIEW - Lazy Daze
As Vince knows I live in a Spanish or Spanglish village so I use, many local bars. Mick and family went back to Uk. Bobby and Cara are doing OK and Cara works a little but they are relaxing a bit. Carol and Les move to my Village this week. Bars in that area I would suggest the Corner Bar in La Paz where Darren and Dee will amuse you and somewhat abuse you. There aremany Brit bars around I would try some a couple of times dont just make your mind up on one visit. Billy who cooked at Lazy daze along with our Stuart is now at the Chieftan, well most of the time as he also does the Templebar.

Re: REVIEW - Lazy Daze
Thanks for the replies PS and TD. Firstly it's good to hear everyone is OK'ish. I know Cara (or is it Ann?) and Carol have both had problems health wise. Really hope they are both well on the mend.
Thanks for the bar info but would also like to add I do go exploring and frequent non British establishments. Have had many great nights in such places.
You mention our Stuart, I assume son, loved his cooking at Lazy Daze. So much so we went looking for his place, burger bar? but to no avail. I've actually contacted Les regarding a pick up from airport in November. Hopefully I can get to Tenerife before then, depending on cost of flights and finding somewhere to lay my head.

Re: REVIEW - Lazy Daze
Stuart is working in the sausage factory, he was referring to Billy who still works in those bars. Lets face it, Stuart was wasted there.

Re: REVIEW - Lazy Daze
Billy is our Foster boy he works in the bars Chiftan mostly. Stuart is the chief sausage maker of the best and only fresh British sausages in Tenerife. Much more besides. You can find us in Adeje nest to bar El Canon.
