Had to learn how to drive one of these as well...it's a Royal Engineer's heavy ferry. It's got an engine at each corner which makes it extremely manoeuvrable...

About 9 of us have clubbed together to hire this crane as the marina is in receivership and we are not allowed to use the one thats already there. Costing plenty too. On the plus side there is no owner to pay fees to as hes pissed off to Spain with young tart. He thinks HMRC wont get him there. 
It was auctioned last week I think but not sure if it sold, 50 year lease I think. Its mainly full of junk boats abandoned years ago. And everything else there needs massive TLC.

Just pressure washed a canvas sail cover and it came up lovely and bird shite free and was virtually dry but didnt notice it start raining......Now hanging in the garage where I should have put it to start with, fecking weather.

Don't think so. Bought houses, did them up and sold them on until we built this place. This was going to be our retirement fund. Only worth 35% of what it was 5 years ago. I'll be working until I'm 70
