I was going to ask if they turned up. Cheeky feckers got some front aint they? Not had any direct dealings with this lot yet but thanks for the info. Cannot trust supermarkets either. Lidl sell litre bottles of cooking oil for 99p, or you can buy the 2 litre bottles that cost well over £2 ???? Not just them either, all supermarkets are at it.Mcqueen wrote:So the travellers arrived for the caravan The money was in sealed bags, he slaps them on the table then asked for his luck money Just a minute while i count this first Oh you dont have to they are all sealed, Carried on and its £100 light,
Well i cant understand that he says , I can you cant help yourselves
Not sure who are the worst, call centres or travellers, Whats up with these people
Wonder what they would do if i took a cushion out, What a way to earn a living

Re: What are you doing today??
Tried to start motorbike this morning but nowt happening. Its got a kick start too which starts it first time so not too big a deal. Put it all back together and decided too spray all connections with WD40, thought no more about it until Fred came out. He pressed the button and it works. Fecking hours I have spent checking everything. If it keeps working its going on Gumtree, it owes me now.
By the way Fred is out of his wheelchair now and on crutches.

Re: What are you doing today??
Yep he is mobile again. Bike is still starting..... Good, I will sell it then.
Painted the frame of what was going to be my new bike today in Hammerite black. The other bits are going to be Old English white, my favourite car colour, he better not smash this one up. Although it is much older it is far better build quality, not a single sheared bolt!!!!

Update:-
No boats with Vince.
No planes with Dermo.
No motorbikes sold by Vince.
And on a positive note, apartments by Mcqueen, ok., as with sausages by Topdog...

Hospital appointment today. That's a month of antibiotics and other tablets taken. Probably get biopsies taken today as long as the prostate isn't too "tender" like last time.

Re: What are you doing today??
He didn't do it! He's putting me on more Naproxin (anti-inflammatory) for a couple of months because I told him I got a lot of relief from that the 10 days he prescribed! He's also putting me on long term Tamsulosin. He seems pretty convinced it's non-cancerous so I'm really relieved about that! I've got another appointment in 6 weeks and I have to get my blood tested again 2 weeks before. (He got the result of the last blood test about 2 weeks ago and it was still showing a PSA level of 7.3.)

Sue the younger one i had before she left was real gentle,
plus she had a nice firm pair she made a (point ) of rubbing against you as she did the work,
Took your mind off being at the dentists, I mean if your paying hard earned you need comforting

Re: What are you doing today??
Nothing at the moment, but last night we won the quiz so I don't feel one bit as if I'm being lazy...
Question that comes up a lot in quizzes is "Where is such and such a letter placed on a keyboard", now we, the quiz team, all use keyboards daily either for bussiness or pleasure, me, on the lap top I'm a two finger typist, on the iPad a one figure cos I'm holding it in my other hand, but either way I find the letters I want to type almost without looking, Annie can touch type, but when the quiz question comes up asking where a certain letter is on the keyboard we all start imaginary typing, we allways get the answer but no one just blurts it out straight away,,, why?
So here we go, and let's know how long it takes you, "which two letters are either side of V"...
