Seems like you deserve a break BS, been in the boat that goes round in circles. Dalyan is lovely, good old African Queen land

Children children, what's a reed between friends
Imagine the members of TFoF as a quiz team, those on eggheads that have been on for years would be history

I just had a look at hiring a 2 berth camper van for a week...£700 they want for high season! I can go 5* B&B every night for a week for that price. They can stuff it at that price...greedy bassas!

Old camper VW's had bugger all in them, we had some great holidays, If the weather is good you sit outside anyway, Just sleep in them, Super markets for your breakfast and to use the carsie's, sarnie for lunch and a pub meal at night, Sling your mattress in the van, change the sign writing to the ( Borrowers on tour) Jobs a good one,

OK guys a bit more info from the professionals needed please.
Prices are stupid so we are going to compromise this year then next year plan our holidays properly, we have narrowed it down its going to be either PDLA or Benidorm, much more for our money in Benidorm and more choice at decent prices but here are a few questions.
Hotel Troya,Playa De Las Americas I can see it has veronicas in front of it but trip advisor reports say no noise, also it has pretty decent trip adviser reports.
£2441 14 nights H/B A/C for the 3 of us
OR
Catalonia Oro Negro, Playa De Las Americas, Brilliant hotel reviews for food, rooms are basic but have aircon, we need that lol. £230 cheaper.
£2214 14nights H/B A/C for the 3 of us.
Now this hotel is the one that's got us a bit worried, everyone says its a great friendly hotel etc BUT one report says its in the redlight district and very seedy at night in that area so I really need your opinions on these please before we make up our mind between the two resorts.
These are the only hotels with decent reports at an affordable price for us ATM let us know your thoughts please. We want to be away next week so have to have this sorted tonight when the wife gets back from work.

Never been in either of the hotels, they are both located in the same area, I would say the Troya having the better location, you're either side of Veronica's whichever you chose but well enough located to walk to either the PDLA side or Purto Colone.
Would not even consider Benedorm, loads to do in the area of Tenerife you are looking at, a different beach every day and all walking distance if your up for it...
