    I was having a look at our front page like wot you do when you are a bit bored and waiting for the timer on the oven to ping, and noticed all the birthdays that are due in the next 30 days.   Now I know some of these people and while I would say some are genuine, I think a couple are hopefully optimistic.  

    So I just wondered, are you embarrassed by your age, or does getting on in years have its advantages?
