I answered a question in the Tenerife forum this morning. The question was "Going on coach trip to la gomera from los christianos, do we need to show passport on ferry?" so I answered "Yeah, they normally check it just before the strip search.". She got her knickers in a twist and told me I was uncultured, that I probably reading The Sun newspaper in some Irish/British bar!! Told her it was the Daily Mail.

I saw that D, it did make me laugh, some just don´t have a sense of humour. I wanted to ask I am going from Portsmouth to IOW, do I need to take my passport. but that would have the button clickers out in force.

Nah you have radar these days Vince, have done for years, your sort of boat, in fog, shouldn´t be there whistle no good with all the head phones the navy boys are wearing.
