I see whole familys on them, drunk driver too, Should have a speed limiter on them 3 to 5 mph,

I agree with the guys comments about the speed they travel. I was nearly wiped out last week by some idiot speeding along, he looked over his shoulder and swerved across the pavement. They should be banned to to anyone who does not have a disabled badge but then I suppose the shops who hire them would cut their business in half.
