    Roast chiken legs with roast potatoes and some of this

    Romanesco its called, bit like cauliflower but tastes different, and some nice bread sauce.

    They grow it round here Cam but they dont sell it in Supermarkets.

    He has only seen battery operated similar things.
    I have seen this around in TAJ, a shop in Brighton that sells so many veg gear.

    90p off a stall up the road, massive one too. Had half of it Sunday. I used to take them out to Tenerife, and sprouts, but I dont do cases anymore.

    3 banana sandwiches and a big mug of tea. I was training this evening so bananas are a must.

    I love banana sannys. Always have one while I'm at the badminton. Instant energy food.

    Nice bit of calves liver, bacon, mash and onion gravy. One of the good things about being in the UK.
